Thursday 7th March saw a special meeting of the Hanover & Elm Grove Communities Forum focused on glyphosate. This meeting was very well-attended, with over 50 attendees including a range of Councillors, Council Officers, community representatives, expert stakeholders, and residents, all of whom took part in spirited, but respectful discussions on the issue.

The next meeting of the Forum will return to our usual format of bringing together community groups, representatives, residents and others to discuss a range of issues – but will include discussion of possible community-level solutions and ideas following on from the special meeting. As ever, all are welcome to attend – as demonstrated by Thursday’s meeting, there is a strong community spirit in the area, and there is a great opportunity to come together and apply that spirit to every issue and discussion.
